garmin streetpilot help

    hi lads. plugged my garmin in today took the charger out the thing went dead.

    put the charger back in and the start up screen flashed about 10 times and now nothing. dead as a do do . any ideas

    Mine often doesnt start up when I need it. I find popping out the memory card and removing batteries for a bit then reinserting the card, plug it in and fire up the car usually works.
    Check to make sure batteries didn't leak inside.

    is the batteries inside like? 4 screws take it out ye ?
