i have noticed that when spinning my right knee comes closer to the cross bar than my left, I can consciously balance them out when Im not tired. Im just wondering if anyone else has this problem and if so is it ok?

Yup, I do the exact same. No issue for me in cycling terms, just I end up wearing out the right side of my shorts quicker.

You might want to work out what's causing this and correct it.
