    Anyone know anything about this brand? seems to be reborn from an older reputable brand.

    Yes, vitus bikes were common back in the 80's as a certain Mr Kelly won many races on them. They were also one of the first to bring in Carbon frames here but were bit suspect as frames were bonded.
    The spec is basic level campag so better than sora and about same as Tiagra but neater!. With Carbon forks and its overall weight 9.8kgs, this makes it good value at the price. Not sure about the wheels but Rigida are reputable company so as a starter bike I'd say go for it.
