    i have a friend im really into, i got a serious crush on her, im not sure of her true intentions but shes a bit of a flirt. Anyhow she got my number and text me first however now she only ever replies to my messages, so i gotta get the ball rolling... how often should i text with her because i dont want to scare her off or be overly intrusive...

    Let's keep it simple shall we?
    If you like the girl, phone her up and ask her out on a date.
    Straight forward and no messing about.

    Think of it this way - how many texts would you find acceptable yourself ? If you send her a text or two every day, you might annoy her. Send her one soon and try and keep the conversation going,if she is reponsive, just ask her to meet

    Coudn't agree more.
    I've been ther ein the past sending pointless texts and analysing every reply.

    I can tell you from experience that you will wreck your own head - and probably frighten her off in the meantime.

    You just gotta ask her out and let that be the end of it.
