My car was involved in a traffic accident some time ago and has been parked up in ever since. The court case is due soon. The thing is opportunistic Travellers decided over the weekend that they would grab the car with one of their trucks and make off with it. Luck would have it and I withnessed them making off with the car on the back of their truck. I managed to get the reg of the truck and The Garda has found my car on a halting site minus the wheels and with the roof of the car totally crushed by the grabber.

My question is will this event have any repercussions on my orignal case???

What are my chances of having the traveller paying for any storage , towage fees????
