Wiggle Returns

I need to return a damaged item to Wiggle.

    The returns page states this
    International Returns
To help us deal with your return to us quickly and efficiently you must mark all returns as 'RETURNED GOODS - FAILED SALE'.
This must be clearly marked on the customs information document ( CN22 and or CN 23) on the outside of the packaging.
Failure to do so may result in the goods being refused at customs in the UK and so being returned to the sender.

What are those two forms? Do I need to get these?

They seem to be UK specific forms. I imagine the Irish customs form (green thingy) should do the trick.

Edit: We do have a CN22 here too, from http://www.anpost.ie/AnPost/Glossary+of+Terms.htm:

"When sending goods abroad a completed customs declaration is required. An Post provide two customs forms the CP72 for parcels or items with a value in excess of €300. For all other items use the CN22. "

    thanks for that.
can I just print one out or do I have to go get the proper sticker/form?

Not sure, but you should be able to grab one in any post office. Can't see any reference to a printable one. Also, I'm pretty sure it's the green sticky backed form, so I imagine a b/w print out wouldn't cut it.

Not sure you need customs form to send back to UK. Customs should not be an issue since it's inside the EU. See this link on Royal Mail website

    http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/content1?catId=400044&mediaId=400362

"If you are receiving a package from overseas (apart from another EU Country), please be aware that it may incur customs charges."

I have returned items to Wiggle on two occasions without customs form and no problems. I may be wrong though, maybe call a post office to confirm.

It's a set of handlerbars, so the box is quite big. Would that cause any issue?

If you're going to the post office anyway, just fill out the green label and stick it on there - it only takes a minute to fill out and they'll probably insist on it anyway if it's a parcel of any size.
