Hi all Joking aside, I'm bringing a friend of mine Malcolm Griffen up to the north strand, Dublin 3 at the end of may (the 30th) to do a one day workshop in Systema http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Systema

Malcolm is a former (will come out of retirement if the moneys right) bodyguard and has more recently been training ex military, special forces and civilians/average joe's in Canada, South Africa, Austrailia and Belgium in Systema and Steel Hand methods (don't ask me what that is, obviously some grasshopper/hidden dragon stuff). He completed his time/apprenticeship under Vladimir Vasliev in Systema. Malcolm also fights A class thai so he practises what he preaches. Workshop 90 EURO for the day via boards. And i'll even throw in a banana and a bottle of water at that. If you're interested PM or email me on capitalpunishment@live.ie

For 90 euro you'd want to throw in more than a banana and water , for a BS version of Kung fu, i can see this doing well[about as well as a sinking ship]

I am in no way interested in this "Hands of steel" or whatever your calling it. If I wanted to break rocks...Id buy a hammer. However....

I have hosted and been to seminars before and 90euro for a one day seminar is extremely steep imo. This pricing (especially in todays economic climate)along with being presented badly will probably deter more people instead of promoting the event. Best of luck with it anyway.

I had a look on youtube about systema and I'd be interested in learning but unfortunately its a bad month for my cash flow.

just moved and have to pay tax on the car and bike this month :(
