Eoin Morgan made 161 for Middlesex against Kent, and Ed Joyce has just passed 100 for Sussex against Durham.

Bad day for Scotland though. They have conceded 403 in 50 overs against Somerset.

don't mean to be pedantic but i will :D they'll always be 'irish' cricketers but they are former 'ireland' cricketers if you know what i mean, they just happen to now be england players not english players.

    Apologies, you are 100% correct.

I got very annoyed listening to Robert Croft refer to Eoin Morgan as british yesterday.

Croft also suggested that the reverse sweep was an unfair shot and batters should have to inform the bowler on the ball that they are going to play the shot as they are switch hitting. He is a wally!
