    Hi all,

I have recently switched to panda and I need to get my old bins removed.

One small issue is, there is still a small bit of waste in each of them and it stinks, i cant move it to another bin.

Is there a way i can buy a ticket to do a once of collection of these before fingal arrive? Or will they take them with some rubbish in them?

I doubt you'll be able to buy a ticket as you need to pay your annual charge before they'll lift it. Why can't you shovel it into your Panda ones ?
