Guys iv just bought the dress in the picture, now i need your help finding the green fringed shoes...... Hopefully some of the more internet/shopping savvy among us will be able to help!!!

I emailed lipsy and they emailed me back almost immediately.... great customer service dont you think!! They're from new look which is great considering im on a student budget!!:D Thanks phasers for the idea and also goldengal, those shoes are great..... now i want both!:(:P

It will be cheaper on asos when they get it in - they always are - but I want mine for next weekend so couldn't wait

Hi! I actually bought mine from a lipsy shop as im in the Uk at the mo. Spotted it on the website and then phoned the nearest shop. Im sure it will come soon, most of the uk sites are an 8 working day delivery I think?

It says 3-5 working days on the site, it was dispatched last Monday. It's very odd, two of my friends ordered the same dress on the same day (last saturday week) and one arrived last wednesday, the other hasn't arrived yet! I ordered mine 10 days ago

I'm so dissappointed as I'm going on a hen to England on Friday and it was supposed to be for our "hawaiin" themed night.

Aw thats pretty s**t! Have you tried your post office? I remember going into the post office the morning of my friends wedding on the offchance it was there and it was! Maybe ring first thing? You have obviously tried phoning lipsy yeah? What are they saying to you? Just as a matter of interest what part of england you going to?

oh you're so good! I'm hoping they're at least in Ireland at this stage, a new store opened in Dundrum yesterday so I'm going to try there after work

yeh the whole post office here is on the lookout for it for me haha! thankfully I know one of the guys there but nadda so far! Lipsy know nothing except that it's "been dispatched" I know it's not their fault but they're just so unhelpful.


I'm going to brighton btw way - can't wait!!!

I know and from the sounds of it it's better than the lipsy store in Dundrum but they don't have that dress

Dont know if the one in dundrum is opening yeah I have noticed they dont have all the dresses like the website

Hopefully it will turn up! Bit If you really have your heart set on the dress why dont you go to one of the several lipsy stockists in Brighton and buy it, then return the ordered one when it arrives.... if you post back within 7 days you get full refund so you would only be at a loss of the postage! And that would still make the dress a lot cheaper than if you had bought it in Ireland! Iv heard brighton is fab, kno some people in uni down there.... there is something like 400 bars there... thats ehhh...395 more than where I am!:D Shoppings great too esp if you like topshop, R I, warehouse etc.... everythings so much cheaper here....saw a dress yesterday prices at £70(pounds) or €110(euro):eek::eek::eek:... At current exchange it should have been less than €80 in ireland......

Yes Brighton looks brill, I'm so looking forward to a girly weekend! the sterling difference is Mega isn't it? That's why I mostly buy online these days
