Just in case you are thinking on Moving to London.
We are looking for 2 people to share out house on the Camden Road.
The house is a well maintained 3 bedroom house in a quiet residential estate. Good sized Kitchen and sitting room with large 28" TV and multichannel tv. You will be sharing the bathroom! However there is a toilet downstairs.
The house is in a great location, 5 minutes from Holloway high street and 10 minutes from Camden Town. Holloway and caladonian tube stations are both 5 minutes walk from the house and a bus stop is just opposite the house with 29, 253, 279 buses that are all 24 hour.
The room is a double room with double bed, Huge wardrobes and beside locker.
For all you Gunner Fans we are about 5 mins from the emirates....
We have a decked garden to the back which should be a bit of craic during the summer.
RENT: £120 per week each
WHATS INCLUDED IN THE RENT:
- Council Tax
- Bin Charges
- Multi Channel TV
Extras: Gas, Electricity, Phone/Broadband all split evenly among the household.
We are three easy-going irish people and we would like someone as easy-going to share this with.
