i am looking at trying to buy a site i n the buncrana area of donegal and am wondering what kind of prices other people are paying these days? with or without planning?

Depending if its the urban or rural area of Buncrana but you would expect to pay anything from 60k - 120k. I googled this which may help or just look up some of the local auctioneer's web sites.
