give me 13 years old, summer 2003 back please :)

15 was also a good year.

i hate being old now. life goes downhill once ya leave school. it really is torture, i wish you had to stay in the same secondary school system from 12 until like 22.

I'd like to be twelve again. I think about how I wasted my teenage years doing feck all, sitting in school saying 'how does this relate to REAL life?' instead of making the most of the educational opportunities which were handed to me. Plus THREE months school holidays doing NOTHING.
Damn, my mother was right- school days really WERE the best days of my life!

Good God no, I wouldn't like to have to go through all the motions again.
I want time to move faster, not go backwards!

I feel so much happier in my first year of college than in secondary school, but I know I'll never have it as good as I have over the last few months which is depressing.

I do get nostalgic for certain times, like my old class in 2nd year who I had great craic with, or the some of the good times I had with friends from my village in 3rd year, or the nights out I had in 4th year. Still Im glad to e finished school.

I'd like to have my college years back again. I'd do a different course and I wouldnt have gone to Dublin. Being 18, where I'd have the freedom to do whatever I want.

I'm 17 and just about to finish the LC so no... My best years are ahead of me

Ooh. Probably 15. Although it was stimultaneously one of the best and worst years of my life so I dunno... I think the good outweighed the bad, but I didn't really realise it at the time. No other year really stands out tbh but really, I think (I hope? *nervous laugh*) my best days are ahead of me.

Back im the day when you were 6 or 7... School was easy... No deciding whether or not to do honours maths for LC!

But I do loooove being a teenager! :-D

I wish i fcuked around a bit more in TY. I was far too good and healthy and conservative.

The amount of wasted time and missed opportunities is frustrating at times. Then again, I'm only 18 and I haven't even done the LC yet. No point talking like an old man.

It's not that long ago, but the summer after 5th year til the one after 6th year, so 17/18. Much less angsty than being 12-15ish, although I'd like to leave out the actual 3 weeks of the leaving, thanks.

Also, I can't believe I'm being nostalgic for schooldays and stuff already:eek: I feel old.

I'm liking being 18 so far, apart from the whole leaving cert, but I've a feeling this is gonna be a great summer!

I'd like to be 9. The summer lasted forever then. School was great. I got to watch Jurassic Park every morning (seriously) for about 2 months.
