Is there any way I can get Google Chrome to open .mht files within the browser by default as opposed to having them saved onto the desktop as is happening at the moment?

    Thanks!

Maybe associate chrome with that file type.

Is that not IE's proprietary (default) format for saving web pages?

Don't think anything but IE will be opening those pages.
