    Hi All
I have configured the Linksys adapter as per the blueface website instructions but cannot ring in or out.
I have a ntl/upc netgear router, I presume I have to configure this in some way but dont know how, I am a voip novice. I have contacted the blueface support team but I presume they will not get back until Monday.
    Can anybody help?

You will have to port forward in your router. To find your router's IP address go to start>run, and type "cmd" and press ok, then once the command window is open type "ipconfig" and press enter, find the ip address that is beside "default gateway" and enter that into your web browser. You might need to login with a password and username. Once in go to port forwarding (might be under LAN or something) and forward UDP ports 16384,16385, 16386,5060 and 5061 to your Linksys PAP2T's IP address.
