Just wondering if anyone has encountered this.
I have a creative zen and it has been acting up recently. When i try and charge it from my wall charger the lightning bolts indicating its charging go up but hours later the battery is still dead.
Yet when i charge it through a P.C it charges fine. thus is a pain as i cant exactly bring a P.C on holiday with me.
    cheers,
    Simon

P.s i dont think it is the wall charger as i have 2 differnt ones and get the same problem

Is it the official creative wall charger? as creative players seem to have issues charging from many 3rd party chargers.

So, rather than diagnosing the problem, why don't you just buy yourslef a wall-to-usb charger? You can pick them up dirt cheap on ebay and they'll charge plenty of other usb chargable devices while your on holiday.

It seems like probably something wrong with the mains jack on the player, so you're probably stuck to charging via usb. This happened to an old zen of mine. But now that I basically have a laptop or access to a computer everywhere I go, I just charge all my devices off usb. Means I only need to carry around one or two cables.

one of the chargers is an official one the other isnt and one (the official one) is a wall to USB charger. Id say its the second thing you mentioned. The charge seems to be going across but not getting to the battery for some reason
