USMLE Step 2 CK and USMLE World Question Bank

    Quick question...

I'm working through the USMLE World question bank in preparation for Step 2 CK in four weeks time. I had decided to focus on practice questions rather than reading textbooks and trying to revise all the different subjects covered. My problem is, as the date approaches my average scores are not improving. I'm averaging 53% at the moment; am I likely to fail the test if I don't improve? Should I ditch the questions and get some American oriented text books? Or are the USMLE World questions a bit more difficult than the actual test and will I be pretty safe come June?

Can't speak from experience, but from everything I've been told they are much harder than the actual test. Best of luck.
