Not sure how many here monitor flotrack for videos, but this one popped up in last few days of the Road Mile championship in Minneapolis. Great race with a fantastic finish. Effortless running considering the pace they're going at!

I tend to steer clear of shorter races as I'm not a track fan. Are there any road mile races around Dublin?

The only one that i know of that you could get a mile on the road is prob the road relays unless some of the clubs do one in their own club race series which some clubs do suring the summer?

Raheny have a 1 mile road race, usually have it twice a year. It was on just a few weeks ago and there will be another one later in the year too.

The front runner for most of the race seemed to fcuk it up by running wide and letting your man in on the inside and must have lost quite a few meters near the end
