hey i have had my ps3 since launch and i have never had this problem before, anyways i sign into psn and every time it says no one is online which is basically impossible since every time i log in there is at least 3 people online. It shows that no one is online only on my cartman91 account but on other accounts people show up as online. I dont know the problem but when i am on the acc of cartman91 it does not show last sign in either.

Anyone know the solution to my problem or know what I can do to sort this out?

I think he deleted his user account on his PS3 and re-created it again and associated it with his PSN id and it worked correctly again.

Yeah it happened to me a while back. Couldn't see who was online yet I could still recieve messages. Unfortunately I can't help you here as after a week or so it just magically started working again. Maybe try deleting your user, creating a new user and sign in on that profile...

    It doesn't delete trophies.

    Sync before you delete.

When you make the new user it will take a while to sync cos you'll have to download all the trophies you have again

Can you see your contacts now??

If so, please post in the PS3 troubleshooting/FAQ's sticky with steps etc

Yes I can see them now.

But I stupidly did not copy my files over before I deleted account :mad:so I lost ALL of my save files. I was fairly mad because the amount of saves I had and now I have lost is outrageous and now I really cba going back and finishing the games I nearly had finished :(
