    If you are using firefox , you can get an addon that will download it in the correct format for you,

    download accelator plus I find is the easiest, just click download video on the tool bar and it doanloads the file it comes with a converter as wel that lets you choose what format. Very very simple and it decreases loading times by up to 5 tims aswel as all downloads for your computer.
