Hi, yeah I know a couple of people that did it, all good reviews. however, unless you are loaded and just want a food holiday, then just go to work in a good kitchen. its so expensive and then when you go to work in a restaurant you will still have so much to learn and will find that you are 10k or whatever out of pocket and still at the bottom of the ladder. You never stop learning to cook, and you will learn faster and harder in a good busy kitchen and probably get paid too if lucky, but dont expect to know how to cook after just 12 weeks.

but, hey, if loaded and want a food holiday, you will love it, depends what you want
