    Anyone know who owns those premises that has the 'acquired for client' signs up for ages now? Its the buildings across from the HSE building. The whole thing has fallen in to a terrible state of disrepair.

    They recently recieved planning permission to knock most of them and build apartments and offices.

    You know how long planning permission takes here.
