    GlaxosmitKlein make it - even if it's not available in England you are sure to be able to get a much cheaper equivalent e.g. a Boots own brand. All you need is something with paracetamol and pseudoephedrine in it. It's the same as Sinutab

    I thought Solpa Sinus was ibuprofin/pseudoephedrine?

    If it is, some Sudafed and Nurofen/whatever taken separately will do the job.

    solphasinus is paracetamol and pseudoephdrine alright.

    and I'm pretty sure I've seen them up north, but in a different colour box to what we have here. Dunno about the UK Mainland though.

    brand names vary - hence its important to read what the ingredients are.

    Same with magners and bulmers.

    Nurofen cold and flu is the one that has ibuprofen and pseudoephedrine, or Advil cold and flu
