early tickets for O2?

    I heard there was a way to get tickets before they go on sale for gigs in the O2?
    anybody know if this is true/how it works/ is it any good etc...?

    You need to be an O2 customer to sign up for this service. You're not guaranteed tickets but you have the chance to buy tickets before they go on general sale.

    The way it works is after you're signed up, O2 send you a text every time there's a new gig on at the O2. If you want to buy tickets, you text them back to ask for a code. You use the code to buy your tickets early. I've used it a few times and it's worked fine.

    If you have an old mobile phone around that you don't use, you can buy an O2 pay as you go SIM card for €10 then use that number to sign up for O2 priority tickets.
