I found a book a the back of the attic '' Volume 1 L'Album De La Guerre 1914-1919. The cover is in very bad condition. would anyone know if its worth anything?

www.abebooks.com is the place to check. There are five copies available today in varying conditions. €45 for a copy in poorish condition - possibly equivalent to yours? However, many Abe dealers look for excessive prices so I don't think you are likely to realise more than €20/30 if you're lucky - try your local second-hand/antiquarian dealer.
