Fugly is good sometimes (in the Airsoft world only mind you)

How solid is she? Wobbles etc?

is it monkey metal, steel or Au ?

Price? (to see if eirsoft was cheaper than the other place?)

Is the paintwork that powdery mattt finish that scrapes off very easy
or a more durable finish ?

I had my finger hovering over the buy button on the
shop that cannot be named in my Drunken state it was
tempting me until I looked at the Price and said to myself...
....if I wait long enough there might come a GBB version.

The Fact it was an AEG was putting me off buying one.

The different parts feel fairly solid although there's a littie but of wobble between the stock and main body (the stock being removable of course) although I'll need to see if that can be eliminated. The wobble doesn't feel like it's enough to cause issues but nonetheless ...

Material-wise, feels solid enough thus far and not like it'll bend at the drop of a hat.

There are marks on the paintwork so I dunno how durable the matt finish is, although I'm in no hurry to take a knife to it to test :p

There is a GBB apparently on the way from someone. When/Who/Where I couldn't tell you.

it looks to have stayed true to the RS original, dirty & ignorant.:D

whats she using, just a normal Ver. 7 or is it modified?

whats the bolt like, is it a solid kerclunk or a hollow tinny sound?

Richie should be able to answer that one since he opened it up when it arrived apparently. I think it's meant to be a ver.7 gearbox, dunno about it being modified though.

The bolt is purely for show, so it does neither. I was a bit surprised when I tried it myself. But given that the internals are wedged into the frame I'm not surprised they just put it on for show.

Yep, shes a version 7 alright, completely normal bar the motor cage which is unique to this gun.

It was shimmed well but there was a slight motor adjustment needed to it. it comes with a lipo battery and charger too. MP40 Magazines are compatible with it also.

nice one. hows the selector switch, is it a cross-bolt affair?
have they kept on the fiddly M14 type setup?
