Cheers Tim and good luck! They have raised €375 so far and I know they would love to hit the €500 mark. At the moment for €5 you have a 1 in 75 chance of winning..... not quite as good as Leinster's odds for the match but not bad for 2 tickets to see them do it *g

    Fair play.
From my estimates, about 1% are auctioning their tickets for charity, 20% are handing them over to Leinster fans at face value, 15% or so still intent on going and the majority are trying to make some cash on it. It's amazing it's as if the sport of rugby for them is nothing more than a capitalistic product to bought for enjoyment and sold for profit. Quite pathetic realy.

It's great to see someone like you has some values. Good for you mate.

Well it's all down to my sister but I'm shallow enough to except accept it lol. They are up to €470 now and closes tomorrow so every chance they will hit the €500! :)

Dreamer - I've thrown my hat into this as well - very nice to get the warm feeling of donating a few bob to charity while getting yourself a chance at tickets too. What time tomorrow do you know is she planning on doing the draw?

Reason I ask is I've a couple of (rather expensive) avenues left open for tickets and obviously don't want to close the deal until this chance is gone, but don't want to risk losing them either. Will you pop up a post once the winner has been notified to let the rest of us know we didn't win?

As far as I know the draw is being made tomorrow evening. I'll confirm with her tonight and will def post up the winner.

Good luck to you both (and any other boardsie who had bought a ticket)

The draw has been made an BCP raised €600... thank you to everyone who made a contribution. It'll go a long way looking after those in the various projects.

The winner was Frank Egan from Dublin (2 more blue shirts in Murrayfield in May!)

    Not me unfortunately

Seriously though hope Frank +1 enjoys it and a very worth cause that did very well out of the draw. Fair play Dreamer and to your sister too. I even got a bit of excitement from wondering when the news would be in this evening.

Looks like I'm sorted through other avenues too so good news for everyone (except Tim Robbins - unless his real name is Frank)
