I've been doing a lot of research over the past two days into retraining gaining the additional skills in the style of work I want to do...

My goal is to reach project manger...

At present a glance bye most people at my cv would indicate that I've little experience in this field which is not true.

Ive worked with people since i was 16 to 22 as an outdoor instructor booth instructing and leading other instructors, take on board risk's making calculated decisions and seeing the risks before they happen.. Understanding people motivating people,

Ive also got experience as a sous chef, that could be translated to a hostile environment where logistics of the working area meeting deadlines generally understaffed and maintaining excellence as well as a high Gross Profit..

But i don't feel its for me and I know Ive got the potential to reach my goal...
But I don't know how to start or where to start I was going to email a company and ask them whats the best way to work up to this goal...

Then, I tuck a bit more time and then had a look at careers advice and cam across http://www.careermatters.ie/ I'm some what willing to give it a try.

Depending on cost, But on the other hand a closer look of the website they don't have nay testimonials and in a time where money is short.
    What would you do ?

    cheers..
