hmm on reflection this fight could go either way. this sexton guy seems comfortable whether brawling or boxing. still hopefully Rogan can continue the Rocky dream.

That ref was a disgrace. Sexton turned his back at one point and then the ref gave him a minute to recover.

You've summed it up pretty well there, Dave Paris really was a disgrace. His timing of having the eye looked at for the second time was odd aswell, just as Rogan was getting back into Sexton and still looking like he could pull of the stoppage despite what transpired before.

I think quite a few British refs would have stopped that fight in Rogan's favour in the 8th, Sexton was like Bambi on ice for most of it.
