Good place. I lived there last year. Rent is slightly expensive afaik and is in a nice area ( northwood). However it is a bit of a trek to DCU tbh.

rent didn seem to bad, was only 95 a week with about 15 extra for utillities and internet combined, certainly better than da 130 we were quoted for a kip of a house nearer campus. is there much of a buzz about the place? what are the security like compared to on-campus

No there isnt a buzz at all. It is students mixed in with poeple who work. When i was there security was atrocious.I used to come home after work at about 1 am or so and they would Always be asleep.BUt apparantly that has inporved greatly.Nice apartments though.

Wow never heard of this place! What busses would service the area and is it difficult to secure accomodation here?
