Independent Irish Record label, home to Bats, Adebisi Shank, The Vinny Club & many many more. Good introduction to the label would be the new Mega Packs that are on sale now...

great little label, putting out more exciting, innovative and plain ballsy bands than anyone else in Ireland right now

not for everyone mind, but if you're open to music that's local, loud, and pretty much sound like nothing else those bands are the business

(i'm not involved or anything, just a fan!)

Check out Marvins Revolt too, I think they're signed up. Great Danish band.

I checked out the website there. If you're seriously interested in the Richter Collective check out the Blakfish EP See You In Another City. Hardcore pop-punk with a tint of math, or something. It's very hard to describe. Death pop is what they say themselves, sounds right.
Also Cats and Cats and Cats have released something on the label.
