    The Host
    A tale of two sisters

You could also try "Cheung Gong 7 hou", it's like a Chinese version of E.T.

EDIT: woops, I guess you are looking for horror

    Check this out: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/K-Horror

You must see this movie: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0386064/

I'm actually itching to watch it again, i think the english translation of the title is: Brotherhood

You must watch this movie at all costs! :)

Also the host kicks ass also :pac:

Also i heard "itchi the killer" is very good but very graphic, scenes of torture and the like. I havent actually seen it myself but my friend who got me into these korean movies, loves it. The plot sounds good i should give it a watch myself ;D

Joint Security Area (JSA) is pretty good. Very different.

I also quite liked R-Point; as a horror movie it's ... meh .. predictable, but its use of Vietnam as the setting hasn't been done before and it works reasonably well.

Memories of Murder is well worth a look

    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0353969/

Has the same lead actor as Sympathy for Mr Vengeance and the Host

Ichi is awesome. Was a bit disappointed with it in regards the gore,I had heard it was very nasty but I was left somewhat wanting(thats prob just me though ;) )Make sure and buy the uncut version though. The release over here is cut by about 3.5 minutes.
All in all though its one of Miikes best.Plus Kakihara is the coolest bad guy/gangster of all time.

Dod Bite Dog is awesome too.Its in a similar vein to Parks Vengeance trilogy.Gangsters/revenge etc.

There's a great action western called The Good, The Bad and The Weird that I saw in the cinema a few months ago. Don't know if it's out to rent or buy yet but it's well worth a watch.

I'm A Cyborg But That's OK, directed by Chan-wook Park, same director as The Vengeance Trilogy (Sympathy for My. Vengeance, Oldboy, Lady Vengeance - which are also all worth a look).

If you're looking for something away from violence and action look and looking for a thinker of a movie watch "Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring". Started watching it one night at about three in the morning and couldn't turn it off.
