Who is currently your favourite WWE superstar? not talking favourite ever or past accomplishments but just at the moment who do you like best on the roster.

Making this thread out of pure curiosity just to see who's popular amongst posters. I know this has probably been done before but not in recent memory and people favourites are always changing. It could have interesting results.

HBK for me, sad to say, with his dodgy knees and back and years past his prime he's still the best thing in the WWE.


Although his chops are so *****y looking. He should never chop anyone ever again.

I picked Jericho his promos are the best thing on TV now that shameless is over for another season.

I'm gonna go with Edge, too. He's more watchable than Orton. He seems to have more gears. He can do funny, cowardly, and suicidal nut-job. You never know which Edge you're gonna see on a particular night.

My overall favourite would be Kane. Something about his presence just reels me in.

Other wrestlers i really enjoy watching include The Brian Kendrick, CM Punk and Edge.

I'm going to have to go with a boring classic with the Undertaker. He had more style/show back in the 90s but he's still holding strong considering his age. The feud with HBK for example was a very nice fresh spiff of air (even thoug HBK was running most of it). Kane would be a runner up but he's become way way to sane now (remember the wedding story?) and his feuds/matches are filler material.

The legacy is yawn material; I could not care less if they keep on being "bad" (they are so damn poor at being evil anyway and their smack is very weak). HHH is good but his on going feud with legacy makes me so damn bored, bring back the good old days of HHH, Orton, Baptista and Rick Flair and we're talking!

Edge, well Edge tends to be a quick dealing whiny brat who's only job is to do cheap shoots. Don't get me wrong, heels are always needed but I'm simply tired of his repetative feuds with Cena and/or Bigshow (another two persons who keep running the same damn story to death).

Never understood the interst in CM Punk et al but hey, I'm casual watcher at best so

Jericho by a country mile and then some! He is the only thing I even remotely come close to watching anymore. His in ring work is great. His promos are fantastic and he can play the crowd better than anyone else in wrestling today.

I voted Jericho but I'd vote for him in an all time favourite poll, he pretty much has everything except he's not a huge walking steroid advertisement which Vince seems to love so much which is why he'll never break Flair's record anyway.

Fave wrestler is CM Punk

Best wrestler is edge without question, in my mind. But he's not my fave

So Why Punk. Many reasons, he can wrestle, he can fight, he can fly, he can talk, he can be heel, he can be face, he learned wrestling in the indys, he was able to adapt his style to wwe's, he doesn't need to be a giant. All in all a talented guy IMO.

I went for Edge but Cena would be runner-up. I actually don't know why I like Edge so much but Cena's brilliance is obvious - he has an excellent workrate, can wrestle in various different styles, always pushes himself and really gives his all to every performance. It's easy to see that Cena loves his job. I got bored with him a few years back simply due to the fact that he was constantly booked as bulletproof (no matter how much his opponents cheated - he was being pushed so hard it felt like Vince was forcing him down our throats), but recently he hasn't been pushed as hard and his matches have become more interesting, with the outcomes not being TOO predictable.

I picked Jericho for his promos alone. I dig Edge and Orton too, but there's just something about Jericho that I thoroughingly enjoy watching. He can make you believe in what he's saying and I don't think someone can have a bigger compliment than that in regards to their ability on the mic.
