    Hello,
I would like to ask you about Irish christenings.
We would love to christen our baby.
Do we have to get our baby christened only in local church or can we pick any church in Ireland that we like?
is it difficult to arrange things with church?
    Thanks for your responses !

It depends. Are you Church of Ireland? Catholic?

    Hello Simona,

are you on speaking terms with your local Parish Priest? What not have a word with him? I don't think the location for the baptism matter really.

Do you practice your faith and are you prepared to bring the child up in the Catholic faith?

    God bless,
    Noel.
