    BER is a system that will change with the times....

    what this european policy will do is basically make rural housing only affordable to the uber-riche...

    the current part L is in real need of reform.....

    the requirement to provide renewables on a per sq m basis rather than a percentage of demand energy is ridiculous.... people are being forced to install large systems in dwellings where they are not needed, just so they can conform with an incorrect regulation.

    New DEAP but not much extra in it except the heating look up now works. It is still woefully short of the required mark
