    could you not just run into a salon near you and ask? they'd be the experts tho I can't see why not 3 weeks is loads *shrugs shoulders*

    :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

    Perhaps you were looking for some more HELPFUL advice.............
    personally anytime I have gotten highlights my hair would be quite dry and brittle afterwards for a few weeks so I got a 'redkin' treatment (pricy but worth it as it repairs and strenghtens the hair) and used it for a week or two before going again for another round of highlights. But you say your hair is in good condition so there may be no need, if you find afterwards that its feeling brittle then throw in a treatment.
    They do recommend waiting a little bit longer but really the decision is yours and you know your hair best!
    Hope that helps.
