Hey just in case anyone needs anything if they have to move out of halls or if they're between houses or anything!

Short-term house share available from 25th May for 2months (possibility of a shorter stay - just get in touch!) 480 euros covers the rent for the room, all the bills (electricity, gas), internet (broadband), landline phone and NTL cable TV.
Lovely four bed house on Reuben Avenue sharing with 2 guys (Spanish/Irish) and a Spanish girl. I am going on a work trip so am renting out my room while I'm away.

Medium sized double room with a sink, plenty of space and storage - wardrobe, drawers, small bookshelf. Bed linen for the double bed and a towel provided.
We have 3 bathrooms - one with electric shower, bidet etc. Two bathrooms downstairs (bath and shower although we use one for storage). Nice medium sized living room with NTL cable TV (the basic channels plus Living, Sports, music, radio stations etc) and a dining table for 8 people.

Two outdoor areas - one at the back has a clothes line. You can store your bike here if you have one! House is non-smoking although some of us are smokers. But you can smoke in the back courtyard if you like.

This would be perfect for people who are between houses or who have just arrived in Dublin and are looking for somewhere temporary to stay. Flatmates are lovely - really friendly and good fun - you'll make good friends here who like to go out every now and then! We're pretty tidy and clean. We're respectful of each other in the house particularly when others have to get up and go to work in the morning! The area is nice. We've never had any problems living here. I love it to be honest.

Only 5 mins to the LUAS (Red line - Fatima). Loads of bus services less than 5 mins walk away - 19, 122, 151, 55, 17 and more (check Dublin Bus for services at Dolphin's Barn). Only takes 25 mins to walk to Georges Street/Camden Street and city centre only 30 mins away.

Spar, Tesco Express, late night shop - 2 mins away. Also hairdresser, pharmacy, some local pubs very close.
Lidl - 5 mins away
Crumlin Shopping Centre (Dunnes, Tesco) - 10 mins
