Can i make a Dispute to get refund on postage?

    I bought a Item on ebay, and paid 6.50 for International Signed For postage(i bought off this seller because he offered Signed for postage) I waited a week and FINALLY received this ie was sent via standard uk mail which costs me 1.25 yet i actually paid for International signed, He wont reply to my emails, Can i make a dispute to claim back the postage?

    Yeah short answer yes but it is prob more hassel then its worth if he won't write back. V.Ignorant and rude to ignore you though! Maybe contact ebay themselves he has to follow certain rules if he is abuyer on ebay. Worth a try!

    Ask for the tracking number. When he can't provide one, get all your money back. One thing I hate on eBay, is paying for registered post, and then them sending it by standard, and sometimes 2nd class, which takes even longer.

    Thanks i Have raised the Issue with Paypal and Ebay and it he will be receiving negative feedback off me, which will be my first time ever giving negative feedback :)
