Was Just Wondering Is There Such Thing Availible Were I Can Rent A Car For A Couple Hours/Days On A Learners Permit ? I Need One To Take Lessons An Then Do My Full Test ! Is This Possible If So Where ? If Not Any Idea's On What To Do ? My Sisters Got A Full License Would It Be Possible To Go Second Driver For A Short Period Of Time Without Effecting The Price She Pays For Her Insurance ?

Have never heard of this,Could you not just get lessons from an instructor using his/hers car?

You could also use their car for the test then,

The easiest way would be to use an instructors car for the test. You could go on your sister's ins but it depends on her ins co. whether they'll cover you and how much it'll cost.

I don't think you can hire a car from a car hire co. as they would normally want a full licence

Not sure if it is still the case but Hertz were the only company who would hire a car without requiring a full licence. Important Note: If you are using a hire car (not driving school) for the test you will need written confirmation from the hire car company that you are insured during a driving test.

Simple answer is No. There would be a cost (usually high!) to add a Learner driver onto an existing policy.

As others have said the simplest, easiest (and possibly cheapest) option would be to take some lessons with an instructor and then use their car for the test.

    Good luck!
