i wouldn't touch CA grenades, there garrenteed to leak and theres some compatibility problems with them and certain lauchers.
When it comes to 203 nades Madbull is the brand to go for. :)

the madbull 24rd 3pk from eirsoft for 125 any good? What do ye think would be the best number of rounds in a frag practical or otherwise?

Muck. Pure and simple. They're as bad as King Arms grenades but they're oversized to boot, so they'll only fit CA and DBoys M203's. I've tried it in two CAW lanchers, a Star launcher and two Madbull ones and found they fit none of them.
They leak. They drop their rounds if you're running around with it facing downward for any length of time. They're wayyy overpriced for the quality, and the bearings are shockingly installed.
Even KA ones are decent after you do a bit of work to them. The CA ones are beyond redemption (and Lord knows I've fixed enough of them to know).
    Plague, avoid like.

If you want decent cheap grenades, the Vanaras metal ones over on RSOV.com are bloody good for the price, certainly better than the CA ones. I believe ehobby do them now too, under a different name.
If you're willing to spend a bit more, Madbull are the ones I'd recommend to anyone. They're the only ones that have never let me down. G&P are the next best after Madbull, but are still a bit pricey, however, they do usually come with proper pouches which are bloody useful.

With regard to the "best capacity", it varies from grenade to grenade. Generally speaking, the rule is the higher the capacity (number of rounds in the entire grenade), the shorter the range but the wider the spread. A nice balance between range, spread and capacity is around the 50 mark.
The 24 round ones you mentioned as part of the Madbull Stinger pack, have a decent range, but also have the advantage of being smaller and lighter than most grenades. A mid-sized one of around 50 rounds would be about twice the size, but also twice the gas capacity so you'll lose little in range or spread. After this point though, the grenade size varies very little, as does the gas tank size, so you're into the realm of sacrificing range for capacity (until you get up to CO2 rounds, which is really moving up a gear).

SO what do you reckon would be the best from your experience in terms of the 50 capacity mark, price, bandoiler if possible or seperate and quality. I HATE LEAKS!!!! DAMN GBB'S!!! And price if possible. searchong the web aint as good as real expericnce. sorry if im annoying you. or a good website even?

Madbull anything is a safe bet. If you've never used 40mm grenades then that Stinger pack is a good start. Generally speaking you're looking at between 50 and 100 per grenade anyway, but the Stingers are a type of grenade you could rely on fairly assuredly.
If you specifically want something in the circa 50-round bracket then have a gander on ehobbyasia.com at the Madbull or G&P range. They'll be pricier due to quality and capacity being even higher, and remember to factor in shipping and taxes too.
Both ehobby and rsov.com do the Vanaras aluminium grenades (though I'm not sure what ehobby call them, they're the same grenade under a different name as far as I can tell). I have a couple of the ones from rsov.com and find them quite good given the price. Some of them need a small bit of work out-of-the-box, but other than that they're rather impressive.

Edit: I forgot to mention the bandolier. Noone really makes a proper grenade bandolier that I've seen, but there are MOLLE bandoliers available from ebaybanned.com, along with modular 40mm grenade pouches from the same site. Just put the two together to get the finished article yourself.

what about cheap yet good launchers and where to get it.

Madbull's XM203 launchers are great and cheap as launchers go.
The CA M203's are quite good, though a tad more expensive.
I've had nothing but problems with DBoys and ACM launchers. In fact, there's three broken ones sitting beside me.
The clones of the Mini-MosCart launcher's are reported to be quite good too, though only take the smaller grenade sizes.
Madbull's AGX gives you a good launcher with a foregrip but it's a bit pricier.

Depends on what you're putting it on really. M203's only look right on Armalites (with the odd exception). XM203's have no real-world equivalent but will go onto anything with a rail and look the part. Mini-launchers work but they look a bit pants (or I think so anyway). The AGX looks it's best on HK416's and short M4's but isn't everyone's cup of tea.
    That's only a handful of types, discounting GP-30's, AG36's, AG85's, EGLM's etc.

would the vanaras pom's be an option?_

I've had two of those here since they came out and, well, the jury's still out. They don't leak at all, which is impressive in that I assumed that would be their main problem, however they have a bit of an issue keeping rounds in the chambers. They use the same o-ring system as most grenades do as a retention for the chambers, but the slots aren't made evenly or deep enough to hold in the rounds.
I haven't actually gotten around to fixing this (in fairness, it is a fairly quick fix with a needle file and a bit of patience) but the problem is that the cuts seem too deep in a few chambers, and nowhere near deep enough in others. I reckon it'd benefit from some careful smoothing out of the discrepancy and possibly a stronger retention o-ring.
Beyond that, they're fine. I suggested the metal versions by the same manufacturer because they're just $10 more expensive but perform perfectly without any modification.

What about the EA QD M203 Grenade Launcher (Short) for RAS on ehobby asia? Its on this page http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/other-gun/grenade-launchers/index.html Any other nades or launchers there any good? Its for a full metal d'boys m4 s-system.
