Laptop issue

    I tried to reboot my laptop and think it's not been working since.

    Post moved to it's own thread. We need more info, what was up with it before you restarted it? What OS is it running? What do you mean by "not working"?

    If os is windows XP OR vista ,hold down f8, reboot pc.Use arrow keys scroll down , press enter to select directory services restore mode.

    i'm no expert but there seems to be a boot stuck in the screen...
