Uk HND equivalent in Ireland

I have a National Certificate from 99", I am just checking out a course in Northern Ireland which is a 2 year HND. I just wanted to now what is the Irish equivalent of a HND in the uk. I seen a coloured Pie Chart thing on here before which i think explains it , but i cannot find it and I am not sure what the name of it is.…
