It happened a friend of mine in early March and she only got her test 2 weeks ago. Try ringing the RSA again but they're really hard to get thru to.

Happened to me last year but I knew it was coming as my friend was meant to have his test two days before me and it was canceled due to the tester being sick. Test was towards the end of March and my friend got a date for the start of June but when they rang me I was ready and yelled at them till I got a test the following week and passed :D

How much notice did they give you? I got the call near 5.30 pm the day before a 9am test so I argued that I'd given up X amount of time to be ready for the test and taken the morning off work and if they couldn't give me decent notice to the test being called off [couldn't argue the tester had just got sick as I'd heard from both friend and driving instructor that he was off sick for the week] the least they could do is give me another test asap - it worked which was a bit of surprised, I figured the RSA lady would just hang up on me.
