External Web Access Problems

    I'm trying to set up external web access in work

    I've followed the procedures that ISS have outliend but when I put in my log in details nothing happens.

    I've checked my password its right and I have even changed it.

    Any one got any suggestions?

    I think you have to set up proxys but they dont appear to be working

    Not to view local access pages.

    There are very few pages left that require you to be in TCD or proxy in.

    What pages are you trying to view? Try viewing them now from home. It will probably just ask you for your local access password.

    Its the local MSc web page. Can view it at home but not in work

    If you can see it at home, there's no good reason why you can't see it from work (unless your home is on campus or in halls).

    What happens in work? Do you even get the box to login, or does it just outright fail?
