SFP Application Help

    Hi there,

    Hope someone on here can help me out. I am filling in my SFP form and need to make a change to the area claimed. I only need to change 1 parcel. There has been a building and roadway built in the parcel recently and I need to deduct this. I have the area measured out and know the new parcel area that I want to claim. Do I just write in the new area in the "Claimed Area" box under the printed details or is there a special form for this? Do I need to also change the "reference area". Sorry for the long confusing post but I have been trying to ring the SFP office all day and cant get through.

    As far as I know, you need to cross out the parcel that's preprinted on the form, and enter it into a blank line on the form with the new claimed area. You probably need to submit a map as well. I don't think you can change what they're calling the digitised area on the SPS form.

    Best to keep trying the helpline though for a definitive answer.
