    I don't think it's fake in particular, it's a campaign to persuade young males to wear cycling helmets.

    The campaign has been produced for The Municipal District of Aalborg in Denmark in association with the North Jutland Police and The Danish Cyclists Federation.

    The campaign is real enough, but the video is fake - apparently it's a viral designed to highlight the campaign - cops (Danish or otherwise) are not hugging cyclists and giving out free helmets :(
