    Anyone know what the music was before the match...sounded a bit like the Transformers Movie score but not really sure?

    Both are Hans Zimmer scores i think i know for a fact when both teams came out it's this song

    It was off the Gladiator score. Think it was 'The battle'.

    Yeah, the same basic tune is in 3 different songs off the score so it was an excerpt from one of them anyway

    Stirring stuff indeed.

    The best of the best of these though has to be (in a similar vein) the entry music used for the teams during Rugby World Cup in 2007. Simply amazing gladitarioral type stuff to really get the blood boiling. I've been looking for it for ages and finally found it last night. Brings me back to the Stade de France when Ireland and France took to the pitch. Stirring stuff, but as we all know it all went downhill after that.
