    Course it would,
M4 S-System was designed for attachments, infact it would be a crime not to put one on.

The thing about the s-systems is that you can put anything on it,so if you want to put a 203 go ahead, should be no problem doing so,
also you will be able to put loads more on it still e.g scops. lasers,flashlights...:)

as far as i know red lasers are ok they falls with in the legal output limit, but green lasers are a no go, their output is to high.

an m203 grenade will only give you one shot before you have to refill the gas and reload the bb's,

the come in various sizes from 18 shot to 240 shot which means they will fire all them bb's in one go like a shower!

THe battery housing guard thingy is at the front on me m4 and it feels a bit unstable and a tad loose. Is this commonplace with this model or will I have to modify it for the 203. Is there much range on the average 203? Oh and why is the shop that must not be named not to be named. I know the shop but why is it not to be named? Thanks lads

you just have to keep a eye on the screws on both sides as they tend too come loose:)

The M4 S-System won't properly support an M203 in the way that most of you seem to think. The hand-guard isn't strong enough, nor stable enough, to hold an M203. The RIS rails on the bottom of an S-System hand-guard are there for attaching torches, vertical foregrips etc.
The name S-System simply refers to the type of non standard hand-guard being used on the otherwise stock M4 carbine. The reason it seems "loose" is because the lower half is detachable to allow room for a hanger-type M203 to be mounted directly to the barrel. You'll notice the upper half is reasonably solid, where the lower is considerably looser due to only a small number of attachment points to the upper.
The hanger-type M203's operate exactly the same as the RIS type you're more used to seeing. The difference lies in it's attachment method, ie, there is no rear quick-detach thumbscrew mount. Instead, there's a forward and rearward clamp which mounts to the barrel itself. The rearward clamp also has a system to ensure it's lined up vertically straight, in relation to the rifles orientation, usually by clasping the gas tube too.

Hanger type M203's can be gotten on ehobby or ebaybanned. Be aware that ebaybanned's ones are clones. I believe they're marked as DBoys, which is a good brand, but I've had some ACM M203's from ebaybanned in the past that turned out to be utter muck and refused to fire anything.
The ones on ehobby are of excellent quality, but are more expensive.
