Thanks to all those who attended Chris Brennans workshop at Colm O Reilly's Spartan MMA, Saturdays seminar at Next Generation and todays Seminar, hosted by Peter Lavery in Belfast. I hope everyone got to take away something to add to their bottom and top games.

I would like to congratulate new Next Generation blue belts Luke Gibbons, Chris Leddy and a long overdue Dylan Costigan. Even more congratulations to the new purple belts, Darragh O Conaill and Owen Dempsey. Well done guys.

Big thanks to Dave for bringing Chris over. Really enjoyed the seminars and got some nifty stuff that'll work right away and some stuff that'll take me to the next seminar to figure out.

Congrats to the lads. Well deserved.

Yeah massive props to Dave and Chris (sorry I didn't reply to your text yet Dave). It was a great seminar. The feedback I've gotten has been all positive.

Cheers again to Dave and Chris.
