Hi, Myself and my fiance Mick where at a wedding fair the other day and heard a band called ultra sound. They seemed fantastic but before booking them we would prefer if we could read some references on them first. Has anyone hired or heard of them?
Also, does anyone know where you can get kilts for children or really skinny teenages?
Really appreciate any replies to this. xx

    Blacktie might do the kilts.

If you really want to check out the band, then ask them for the upcoming weddings they're playing at, and see if there are any hotels and dates are convenient for you. Then ring the hotel and ask them to see if it's OK if you poke your head in for a few minutes to see what you think of them. It's not that uncommon.

It depends on the couple, but it's not that unusual. I certainly wouldn't have minded. You just really poke your head in for a song or two, but you can generally get a good idea of what they're like.

There's also a big thread here about wedding bands which might be worth looking through.
